The invoice for the monthly subscription is to be paid by the 10th. If the invoice has not been paid by 11th, you will be unable to log in to the system until the invoice is paid.

Yes, we update the system when we get feature requests from our users. We are also constantly adding new features to make the system offer even more value for our users. When you buy the system, you don't automatically get updates but we can update your system at a fee based on the amount of changes you need.

First you need to give us logins to your hosting account. If you don't have one, we can purchase one for you at a cost of shs.5,000. You will be responsible for paying yearly renewal fees. We then install the system in your hosting account and you can access it using your domain name. If you require support, we can offer it at a yearly cost of shs.10,000.
